A stylishly renovated interior of reclaimed oak wooden floors, large windows, gallery landing and 'cathedral' ceiling all lend to a welcoming ambience. The French doors open onto a patio garden, which is adjacent to a paddock with a stream.
The open plan kitchen leads from the entrance hall and is fully furnished with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The kitchen opens into a dining area with oak table and dining chairs. There is also a large lounge with Persian rug, gas stove, large patio windows, Freeview TV and DVD player. The lounge has 2 armchairs and a large, fold-down double sofa-bed.
The bathroom is a "Wet room" comprising shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Stairs lead to the gallery overlooking the lounge, where there is an additional double sofa-bed.
The gallery leads to the double bedroom, which can be flexibly used as a double or 2 single beds.
There is a Freeview TV player in the bedroom.
Linen and towels are provided. Under floor heating, electricity and gas included in rent.
